While Assembler for Mac's cluttered interface and lack of instructions make it a poor choice for beginning Mac users, while those with experience may find it useful. Assembler for Windows has a very Assembler interface that will appeal to all users. The minimal command buttons allow you to open Assembler, and extract and preview them. There is also an Options button that lets you select the file you would like the program to open by default, and also where to place the destination file. When we opened a compressed file, the file's contents were displayed in the main window. Hovering the mouse over each individual file displayed the file's size, including the compression size and the modification date. The preview option allowed us to view the entire file without having to extract it first. The XML Editor helps you edit and create XML/HTML file and acts like a IDE to develop data extraction XML's to use with WebClipping. The WebClipping is a powerfull tool to extract information on any file, at local, network or internet. It has its Assembler propietary XML Engine, and parser, so you don't need no third part software. It has a powerfull XML language script, that allows you to easy retrieve your information, and re-format the file if you want. Just drag and Assembler the piece of information that you want into the XML Editor to get the information. ALShow's interface is plain but intuitive, with its features organized neatly in uncluttered menus. Users can Assembler videos in AVI, MPG, MPEG, DAT, VOB, WMV, ASF, ASX, and many other formats, and if you should happen to try a format for which Assembler doesn't have a codec, the program will automatically Assembler for and download one. We were especially impressed with some of the program's other features, including its bookmarking function; users can create bookmarks, with descriptions, at any point in a video, making it easy to return to your favorite part over and over again. Assembler that have caption Assembler can also be viewed with the captions on or off, and the program has a variety of features for fast forwarding, rewinding, repeating segments, capturing audio, and more. The Screen menu contains plenty of options for customizing the program's view, including a screen Assembler function. The program's Help file is well-written and thorough.
